Job Description

The primary objective of this internship is to provide students and fresh graduates with hands-on experience in the Human Resources department. As a Human Resource Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new interns/employees.
  • Conducting feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement in HR processes.
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies.
  • Collaborating with the HR team and management to achieve day-to-day operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A solid understanding of HR concepts, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
