Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in HR and a proven track record of success in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Recruit and hire employees within the agreed timeframe. Coordinate recruiting efforts, track applications, conduct interviews, and select candidates.
  • Conduct pre-screens, schedule interviews, administer reference checks, and assessments. Collaborate with managers to create job descriptions and internal/external job postings.
  • Work closely with staffing agencies to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.
  • Maintain recruitment statistics and analyze data to optimize hiring processes.

Onboarding Process:

  • Guide hiring managers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding completion.
  • Deliver comprehensive first-day orientation sessions, providing essential information and resources to new employees.

Rewards and Recognition:

  • Act as a resource for employee benefit questions or guidance, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and managers to implement performance management and reward/recognition schemes that drive business results.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Listen to, address, and investigate employee issues, concerns, and complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
  • Partner with management to conduct workplace investigations, making recommendations and implementing actions to resolve workplace issues.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to ensure timely resolution of personnel matters, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Employer Branding and Culture:

  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and showcase the company's unique culture.
  • Highlight key differentiators that set the company apart from competitors, emphasizing its values and mission.
  • Leverage communications, social media, and other channels to convey the corporate culture and vision.
  • Implement employee rewards programs recognizing performance achievements and promoting a culture of recognition.

Supporting Special Initiatives:

  • Support department projects, including Compensation and Benefits, People Systems, Communications, Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, and Corporate Engagements.
  • Assist with event planning activities, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.

Administrative Support:

  • Maintain all records and documents outside of company systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
