Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of field teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Liaise with senior management to receive instructions and execute tasks accordingly.
  • Coordinate with field team members to schedule deployments and ensure timely attendance at venues.
  • Maintain operational discipline among field team members by enforcing rules such as wearing jackets and using walkie-talkies.
  • Manage logistics for the field team, including travel arrangements, food, accommodation, vendor management, and equipment rental.
  • Process requisitions for equipment in advance to ensure availability on deployment dates.
  • Establish and maintain a database of vendors and equipment rentals.
  • Ensure field team members adhere to operational protocols and supervise operations to deliver results.
  • Conduct equipment testing in the office and at venues to mitigate technical issues.
  • Comply with communication guidelines on Slack, WhatsApp, and Wrike.
  • Handle petty cash and update financial information.
  • Produce reports using pre-existing templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact by reporting daily from event locations.
  • Provide timely updates and reports.
  • Proficiency in Marathi and English languages is essential.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.

Requirements:

  • Avoidable Time-Overspill: Ensure that your daily reports are submitted on time.
  • Skillful Communication: You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Marathi and English language proficiency.
