We are seeking a visionary engineering leader to spearhead our efforts in disrupting the SaaS landscape with cutting-edge GenAI technology.

  • Zime.ai is a pre-seed funded company that helps sales leaders scale their sales teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied machine learning, particularly with large language models (LLMs) or natural language processing (NLP). They will also possess hands-on experience with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

A solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering is essential for this position. Additionally, experience working with knowledge graphs and familiarity with LLMs such as OpenAI GPT or Gemini are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize LLM pipelines using LangGraph and other orchestration tools.
  • Implement scalable RAG architectures to integrate internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Work with knowledge graphs to structure, enrich, and query data efficiently for LLM consumption.
  • Build and maintain AMA-style agents capable of answering complex domain-specific queries.
  • Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for performance, alignment, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with MLOps and infra teams to deploy models and pipelines in production.
  • Continuously evaluate model performance and iterate based on feedback and metrics.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning, preferably with LLMs or NLP.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RAG pipelines, vector stores, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience working with knowledge graphs.
