Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development of our AI-driven solutions. As a core member of our founding team, you will shape the technical strategy and ensure scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Strategy & Vision: Develop and execute a technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and enhances scalability.
  • Product Development Leadership: Lead the design and development of AI-driven products or any software products ensuring high-quality on-time delivery.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit mentor and manage a talented technical team fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Tech Stack & Infrastructure: Hands-on build and optimize a robust scalable tech stack to support the company's growth and product needs.
  • Innovation & Research: Drive technological innovation by staying at the forefront of AI machine learning and NLP advancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations product and sales teams to ensure seamless integration of technology across all departments.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Implement systems for tracking technical performance identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5 to 15+ years of experience in technology leadership ideally in AI machine learning or any software tech startups.
  • Proven track record in developing and scaling AI-driven products and technologies.
  • Strong leadership experience in building and leading high-performing technical teams.
  • Expertise in AI machine learning NLP and related technologies.
  • Experience in building scalable cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams partners and stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern development tools and methodologies.
