Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage voice infrastructure projects.
  • Implement, administer and maintain secure, robust, stable, redundant voice and video solutions.

Technical Expertise Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience covering Cisco Voice technologies and AV devices.
  • Strong knowledge of SIP protocol and good knowledge of video conferencing endpoints (Cisco kit etc).
  • Knowledge of IPC Unigy, Verba and Nice NTR recording.
  • Solid understanding of network and telecom infrastructure.

Job Requirements:

  • Manage AV equipment installation, maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and replacement.
  • Operate Crestron CP4 and other devices.
  • Support BAU operations in the voice domain.
  • Coordinate with vendors for support and resolution.
  • Support third-party applications like Digital Signage, Imagicle and Wallboard.
