Job Title: Voice Interaction Expert

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Voice Interaction Expert to join our team. As an IVR Tester, you will be responsible for identifying and executing test cases for our Conversational AI platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience in writing and executing IVR test cases, as well as proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios.
  • Ensure test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise all critical inter-system integration points.
  • Accountable for initiatives of high complexity, high risk, and high visibility; handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in the software industry with Quality Assurance experience including creating test plans, test cases, tracking defects, reporting status.
  • Experience testing Omni Channel (Voice and Chat) Natural language processing (NLP), conversational AI and cognitive solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Text to Speech, Speech to Text.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
