The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced contract manager to join our legal team.

  • Manage all aspects of contractual arrangements with vendors, ensuring agreements are robust and compliant with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.
  • Develop and implement vendor management processes.
  • Conduct research on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Procure appropriate legal templates for use.
  • Provide support to stakeholders as necessary, including liaising with external vendors to negotiate agreements.
  • Evaluate overall compliance with applicable laws and regulations within our enterprise framework.
Requirements
  • Experience in contract law and commercial law, with a focus on vendor and enterprise agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Research, analytical, and drafting skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Qualifications: Qualified lawyer in a common law jurisdiction with 5-8 years of PQE.
