Responsibilities include directly managing performance and growth of teams, leading business development managers, monitoring training, and counseling prospects.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales/Pre-sales - Ed tech, with a proven track record of managing sales/Pre-sales teams.

A systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines is essential.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, presentation skills, passion for delivering high levels of customer service, and be highly dedicated and result-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible for the performance and growth of 5+ Manager-level and 50+ Associate-level Pre-Sales executives.
  • Lead a team of Business Development Managers and Associates to achieve sales-qualified leads targets.
  • Monitor and train the team to improve performance and qualification rates.
  • Counsel learning prospects, offer career advice, and provide insights on how our programs can accelerate their careers.
  • Ensure the entire Pre-Sales closing life cycle for assigned Pre-Sales Teams, including outbound calls, follow-ups, lead qualification, and management.
  • Generate outcomes with optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Maintain detailed databases of interactions with leads and provide regular feedback on lead quality to respective teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales/Pre-sales - Ed tech.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in managing and heading Sales/Pre-Sales teams.
  • A systematic approach to building sales funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently exceeding targets within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for delivering high levels of customer service at all times.
  • Highly dedicated individuals with extreme determination.
  • Strong sense of empathy and great patience.
