We are scaling rapidly and seeking a highly experienced Fractional CTO to drive our technology strategy and oversee the development of our robust Learning Management System (LMS) and digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for our 0–1 journey, ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and scalability.
  • Oversee the design and development of the LMS platform, integrating cutting-edge technologies and tools.
  • Maintain scalable, secure, and compliant architecture that meets the evolving needs of the Edtech sector.
  • Evaluate and onboard the most suitable technology stack, tools, and vendors to support our growth.
  • Establish and mentor an initial tech/product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Provide expert advice on AI/ML, personalization, and data-driven features to enhance learner experience and engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior technology leadership roles.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling digital platforms, preferably in Edtech, SaaS, or consumer tech.
  • Hands-on expertise in product architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security, with a deep understanding of LMS platforms, APIs, and integrations.
  • Ability to work in a fractional / part-time capacity, balancing strategic guidance and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills, with a passion for driving team success.
