About Us

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience, skills and passion necessary for optimizing our tech architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and analyzing data, processes and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design functional, cohesive code enhancing the user experience.
  • Developing ideas for new programs, products or features by monitoring industry trends.
  • Recording data and reporting it to stakeholders.
  • Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer programming, computer science or a related field.
  • 10-14 years of experience with primary expertise in Ruby on Rails and familiarity with JavaScript front-end technologies.
  • Strong understanding of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
  • Focus on efficiency, user experience and process improvement.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and verbal and written communication skills.
