Role Description If you are passionate about technology and thrive in dynamic environments, we would love to hear from you. We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator/DevOps Engineer with expertise in multiple operating systems and cloud solutions such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Training will be provided on Splunk.

Candidates will be expected to:

-Demonstrate high proficiency with RHEL and Windows Servers.

-Be well-versed in scripting and automation languages such as Python, Bash, React, and PowerShell.

-Possess strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory and SCOM.

-Have solid experience with databases like MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and other No-SQL solutions.

-Work with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow and Salesforce.

-Work with public cloud solutions such as AWS, GCP and Azure

-Possess strong understanding of Syslog and various syslog solutions

-Understand infrastructure monitoring concepts, including SNMP polling and SNMP traps

-Troubleshoot effectively using Linux commands such as OpenSSL, netcat, netstat, telnet, and ping.

-Manage SSL certificates and security protocols using OpenSSL.

-Develop and manage front-end components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

-Administer web services like Apache and messaging systems like Kafka.

-Manage and troubleshoot firewall solutions such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and FortiGate.

-Prior knowledge in Splunk will be an added advantage

Experience, skills, education

-Experience of 3+ years

-Engineering Graduates/MCA/MS/ Software from reputed institutes

-Strong academic track record is essential

-Energetic and tech savvy, quick learner, inquisitive by nature and problem solver

-Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines

-Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills are essential
