At the intersection of client engagement and business outcomes, a seasoned project leader is needed to drive enterprise transformation projects forward.

  • This is a high-impact leadership role that goes beyond execution—requiring you to optimize frameworks, improve processes, and mentor delivery teams to ensure world-class outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead full project lifecycles: planning, execution, delivery, and closure. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.

  • The role involves building and managing high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust and delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes, while continuously improving delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
  • Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI)
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.)
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO
