Job Title: Senior Technical Lead


About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technical Lead to drive technical excellence within our team. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will play a key role in shaping our technology strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Leadership & Technical Expertise:
  • Lead by example, promoting technical excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and new technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Python-based projects and microservices, driving hands-on technical oversight.
  • Evaluate and implement modern development practices, coding standards, and architecture principles.
  • Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of Python development, especially in scalable, production-grade systems.
  • Proficient in Python-based frameworks such as Django, Flask, and Fast API.
  • Hands-on experience in Docker and containerization.
  • Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics use cases.
  • Familiarity with Postgre SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and delivery oversight.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
