Ambitious Business Growth Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Resource Management division and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and workforce solutions.
This is not a traditional sales role - it's a high-impact leadership opportunity that requires expertise in executive relationship management, market intelligence, and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
- Drive business development specifically within the domestic IT staffing sector, leveraging networks and market knowledge.
- Leverage industry insights and analytics to anticipate market shifts, influence strategy, and uncover new revenue streams.
- Maintain discipline in pipeline management, client documentation, invoicing, and compliance, ensuring both transparency and scalability.
- Consistently achieve business growth targets and contribute directly to the overall revenue strategy.
Requirements:
- 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
- Demonstrated expertise in the GCC market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
- Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
