Role Summary:
  • Pilot recruitment journeys from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
  • Collaborate with leading brands to develop strategic recruitment plans and shape their teams.
  • ID and engage high-potential candidates to drive business growth and success.
Key Competencies:
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Buold and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure effective onboarding and integration of new team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, preferably in IT & Non-IT sectors.
  • Strong communication, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • A balanced approach between data-driven insights and people-centric practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in client handling and onboarding, driving business results.
  • Ability to grow with a fast-paced organization that prioritizes career development.
