Job Title: Business Operations Consultant

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops to comprehend client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Business Requirements:

  • Deliver comprehensive solutions to meet clients' objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives.

Techno Functional Aspects:

  • Transform functional specifications into technical fit documents.
  • Identify and highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps.
  • Work with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.

Effective Onboarding:

  • Guarantee all functional specifications are deployed in the software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc).
  • Train super users of our clients on the platform.
  • Explain the support mechanism and set cadences for support / business related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail or QSR consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of retail/QSR operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with omnichannel retail or QSR transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
