  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes.
  • Contribute to designing and rolling out learning and development programs.
  • Identify opportunities for leadership development to support internal promotion and succession planning.
Strategic Initiatives and Innovation
  • Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related challenges and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the organization evolves.
