Job Title: Human Resources Leader

 

About the Role:

  • Lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs to align with business needs.
  • Drive performance management processes, ensuring timely appraisals, constructive feedback, and career development.

About Us:

We are a fast-growing manufacturing start-up that leverages best-in-class technology and relationships with international partners to create innovative solutions in the resources sector. Our newest addition is a joint venture between us and Eckart, setting up a greenfield gas atomized spherical aluminium powder plant at Jharsuguda, Odisha.

The molten metal required shall be sourced from Vedanta smelter and the manufactured powders produced will cater to high-technology sectors such as aerospace, solar, automotive pigments, chemicals, and rocket boosters.
