Project Coordinators play a pivotal role in the success of our digital projects. This position requires an organized, proactive, and results-driven individual to assist Project Managers in Singapore with day-to-day operations and coordination.

This is a fast-paced role suited for someone who is tech-aware, comfortable managing communications between clients, developers, designers, and business teams, and has strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our growth in the digital space by assisting with project timelines, deliverables, resource coordination, and communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers in managing timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination for various web and software projects.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams including developers, designers, and business analysts.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure project milestones are met on time and according to quality standards.
  • Prepare project documentation, guides, and client-facing materials.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients when Project Managers are in meetings or on leave.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of project coordination experience, preferably in a digital agency or web-related environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional written English.
  • Ability to prepare user-friendly documentation and guides for clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in different locations.
