Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for an organized and tech-aware professional to support our Project Managers in Singapore with day-to-day operations and coordination across multiple digital projects. We are looking for someone who can effectively manage timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination for various web and software projects.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a digital agency or web-related environment. Strong communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional written English, are essential. The ability to prepare user-friendly documentation and guides for clients is also required.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist Singapore-based Project Managers in managing timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination for various web and software projects.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams including developers, designers, and business analysts.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure project milestones are met on time and according to quality standards.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, guides, and simple client-facing materials.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients when Project Managers are in meetings or on leave.
  • Ensure all assigned tasks are carried out effectively and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a digital agency or web-related environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on clear and professional written English.
  • Ability to prepare user-friendly documentation and guides for clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
