About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented 
Project Coordinator
 to support our web and digital projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience coordinating projects on popular 
CMS platforms such as HubSpot, WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla
. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment of project deliverables with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring CMS-based projects.
  • Coordinate project schedules, tasks, and resources across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Manage and track website development, enhancements, and integrations on 
    HubSpot, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla
     and other CMS platforms.
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and regular status updates.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients and technical teams.
  • Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot project challenges, and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in IT/digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of 
    CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla)
    .
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
