Job Overview:

The HR Executive will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department, focusing primarily on recruitment. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are enthusiastic about starting a career in HR. The HR Executive will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the HR domain.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Organize and manage employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance and leave management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant legal regulations.
  • Generate HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
  • Uphold the company's core values: deliver quality, on time, within budget, and a great experience.

Requirements;

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with employees at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices, particularly in recruitment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingsness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Previous internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
  • Understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and promote a positive employer brand throughout the recruitment process.
