We are seeking an experienced Expansion and Growth Manager - Automotive Industry to join our team at Era Manpower.
About the RoleThis is a key position that will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptualize and implement strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including OEMs and suppliers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and launches.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive salary range of Rs. 10-15 lakhs per annum.
