Talentiser is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our franchise operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative marketing initiatives.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in franchise sales, business development, or institutional sales. You will have overall work experience of 8-10 years and strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Your analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively lead a team and work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Franchise Expansion Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a comprehensive franchise expansion strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives.
- Scout and Evaluate Potential Franchisees: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential franchisees to ensure successful partnership and franchise launches.
- Manage Relationships and Budgets: Lead negotiations and manage relationships with franchise partners, while monitoring performance and providing support to ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
- Conduct Market Research: Analyze market trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Proven Track Record: At least 5+ years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or institutional sales.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with franchise partners.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and success.
- Leadership Skills: Experience leading a team and working effectively in a dynamic environment.
₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (estimated salary range based on location and industry standards).
