Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support by resolving technical issues, clarifying unexpected behaviors, and responding with precision across web, chat, email, and calls.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of ServiceNow and its features, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs, dev tools, and expertise

- Collaborate with global teams to enhance product usability and performance

- Share feedback that shapes future products, tools, and internal processes

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow (Support, Implementation, or Development)

- Knowledge of AngularJS, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, XML

- Basic grasp of OOP principles & SQL

- Solid debugging chops – logs, root cause analysis, platform performance

- Excellent communication – both spoken and written

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
