
Facilities Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to fill the role of Facilities Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including:
- Coordinating with management to define scope and goals for team members.
- Communicating and collaborating with immediate supervisors for daily activities.
- Reporting to senior administrators on day-to-day operations, incident management, and other key responsibilities.
- Monitoring and reporting progress on key projects and initiatives.
Additional responsibilities include:
- End-to-end administrative activity management and team coordination on exam days and non-exam days.
- Ensuring zero incidents related to administration services on exam days.
- Supporting recruitment, training, and talent development for team members.
- Implementing control and monitoring mechanisms within the admin team.
- Training and developing the admin team.
- Standardizing processes at all exam venues.
- Vendor management, supporting regional heads in contract finalization, and vendor invoice processing.
- Publishing regular dashboards on key performance indicators for regional admins and senior management.
- Serving as the central point of contact for facility-related matters.
- Ensuring SLA/SLC compliance at exam venues.
- Overseeing VIDZ/LISP partners, conducting regular meetings, and addressing audit points.
- Deploying ad-hoc or contract manpower at exam venues.
- Supporting shortlisting prospective partners or venues based on defined parameters.
- Maintaining and monitoring legal compliances at all venues.
- Preparing and deploying contingency plans.
- Conducting surprise checks at exam venues.
- Handling crisis situations.
- Coordinating with manpower agencies on deployment and staff-related issues.
- Conducting audits of exam venues.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment.
- Experience in soft service facility management.
- Proven experience in facility operations and management.
- Able to manage teams effectively.
- Conflict management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, learn quickly, and perform well in challenging situations.
- Willingness to travel.
- Good liaisoning skills with local government departments.
- Awareness of laws related to facility compliance and operations.
- Vendor management skills.
- Open to taking ownership, responsibility, and accountability for assigned work.
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications, additional language knowledge, and strong analytical skills.
