Quality Assurance Manager Role

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of quality assurance within the leave solutions process. This involves coaching and developing team members, driving positive culture, and implementing preventative measures to minimize future issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee inspections, testing, and audits to identify and address defects.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Implement corrective and preventative actions to resolve issues.
  • Review client requirements and translate them into actionable procedures.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members.
  • Manage relationships with onshore teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of overall work experience.
  • Experience in call audits and domain expertise.
  • People management experience of more than 3 years.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, develop, and manage resource needs across clients.
