Key Responsibilities
  • Identify relevant job opportunities and align them with candidate profiles.
  • Prepare learners through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HRs and hiring partners.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and placement documentation.
  • Maintain placement data and generate weekly/monthly reports to track progress.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, placement coordination, or career services.
  • Edtech experience is highly valued.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
  • A passion for helping candidates find the right opportunity is crucial.
  • The ability to multitask and manage stakeholders (students, companies, internal teams) is vital.
