Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Professor Research to join our Doctoral Research Centre (DRC). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and evaluating the progress of PhD students from the development of research proposals to submission of final PhD theses.

  • You will take PhD coursework classes such as Research Methodology, Advanced Research Methodology, Research and Publication Ethics, etc.
  • Apart from this, you will be responsible for writing research projects, organizing research methodology workshops using software's such as SPSS, AMOS, and Bibliometric analysis Vos viewer software, etc., conferences, and publishing in leading high-impact journals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Ph.D. in Finance, Marketing, Human Resource
  • Proven track record of research and publication in reputable journals
  • Excellent teaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
