Job Title: Meta Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms.

This role involves developing and executing strategic plans for driving conversions and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning and Optimization: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Platforms to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Full-Funnel Performance Marketing Strategy: Manage audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Collaboration and Content Development: Work cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences that align with brand messaging.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, and dashboards.

Additionally, this role requires staying up-to-date on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of campaign strategy and performance analysis, with a proven track record of generating leads, driving conversions, and maximizing ROAS.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C brands.
  • Skillset: Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting, as well as analytical and detail-oriented skills with strong Excel abilities.
