Job Title:

Boost Digital Growth with Performance Marketing

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you'll drive real results through innovative campaigns and cutting-edge strategies.

  • You'll develop and execute paid marketing plans across multiple platforms to boost campaign performance.
  • Conduct in-depth research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to optimize campaign results.
  • Monitor and refine campaigns daily to achieve key performance indicators such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Click-through Rate (CTR), Cost per Click (CPC), Cost per Action (CPA), and conversions.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to craft engaging ad creatives, copy, and A/B tests that align with our brand voice and aesthetics.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
  • Effectively manage campaign resources to maximize returns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience running digital ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and Excel/Sheets.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retargeting, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for impactful ad content and brand alignment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
