About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to lead and optimize our paid acquisition efforts. You'll be planning, executing, and refining campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and more — with one goal: maximize ROI and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms.
- Optimize campaigns using A/B testing, multivariate testing, and audience segmentation.
- Track and analyze KPIs — CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rates — to fine-tune strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets.
- Conduct funnel analysis and leverage user behavior insights to boost conversions.
- Manage budgets for cost-effective scaling.
- Stay ahead with the latest digital trends, tools, and attribution models.

Must-Have Skills & Tools

1. Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
2. Expertise in Meta CAPI, first-party data strategies & attribution modeling.
3. Strong understanding of audience segmentation and CRM-based targeting.
4. Proven track record in budget optimization & scaling performance campaigns.
5. Hands-on experience with multivariate testing (creatives, ad copy, audiences).
6. CRM skills – lead scoring & segmentation.
7. Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) with Quality Score optimization.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2–3 years experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and data visualization tool experience.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM, PPC, and marketing automation platforms.
- Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
