Job Title: Sales Growth Strategist

Job Description:
Achieving Sales Success:
As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories (Urban & Rural). This involves identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve target goals.

Managing Distribution Channels:
You will manage various distribution channels, including direct, indirect, and alternate channels, to ensure seamless product delivery and optimal customer satisfaction. This includes planning and executing product launches, managing inventory levels, and resolving any logistical issues that may arise.

Driving Business Growth:
As a Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing plans to drive business growth through device activation, recharge, and distributor partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Leading the Team:
You will lead and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. This includes conducting regular training sessions, providing coaching and feedback, and setting clear performance expectations.
