
Drive Sales Growth as Farm Mechanization Solutions Expert

As a Farm Mechanization Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing backend support to the sales teams.
This role involves managing new dealer appointments, market analysis, and document preparation. You will also coordinate with dealers and the billing team to achieve monthly targets.

- Follow up on customer inquiries through call centers and dealer level, converting hot leads into customers.
- Oversee ARN dealer agreements, hold removals, and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Develop and execute sales promotions, incentive programs, and product support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and 3-8 years of experience in sales, finance, or IT.
