Location : Pune, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Mode of Work : Work from Office (Onsite / Hybrid)

Experience Required : 10 - 16 Years

Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Digital Experience Architect to design and deliver high-performance web content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills. They will be responsible for architecting and deploying robust, scalable, and secure digital experiences.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders including clients, developers, system administrators, and business analysts. The successful candidate will translate complex business requirements into technical workflows and detailed architecture plans.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture : Design and implement high-performance web content management solutions using Adobe AEM, aligned with client business needs and technology goals.

AEM Integration : Lead the integration of AEM with CRM systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and eCommerce solutions to provide seamless digital experiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Translate complex business requirements into technical workflows and detailed architecture plans. Work directly with stakeholders to ensure delivery success.

Infrastructure Planning : Evaluate existing infrastructure for performance and scalability. Plan capacity for future needs. Conduct impact analysis and infrastructure assessments based on project needs.

Leadership & Mentorship : Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment. Provide thought leadership and direction throughout the development lifecycle.

Core Mandatory Skills :

  • Adobe AEM / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) - Must have hands-on experience
  • Integration of AEM with CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms
  • Deep understanding of AEM architecture and deployment strategies
  • Experience with multi-site, multi-channel content delivery and personalization
  • Automated workflow management and multilingual content support
  • Web development expertise : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP
  • Java / J2EE technologies : Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, JSTL
  • Frameworks : Spring, Hibernate
  • RESTful Web Services
  • Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, JCR, CRX
  • CMS frameworks and standards : JSR-170, JSR-283, JSR-168, JSR-286
