Your role is pivotal in shaping the user experience of our Mass Customization Platform (MCP), a flexible ecosystem of modular, multi-tenant services that empowers our businesses to select tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute significantly to the user experience of the design to life flow from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate intimately at every stage of the design process, creating user flows, wireframes, pixel-perfect designs, and prototypes that delight and engage users.
  • Forge strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Draw upon data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions.
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with cross-functional peers.
