Key Responsibilities

The Analyst & Program Manager plays a key role in shaping experiences on ford.com. This position provides crucial support to the Product Manager, assisting in the execution of global digital experiences and analyzing performance data across various markets.

  • Support the Product Manager in developing and maintaining the digital product roadmap and backlog for ford.com.
  • Assist in creating detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on user needs and business objectives.
  • Track product development progress, identify potential roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Participate in the coordination and rollout of new digital experiences across various markets on ford.com.
  • Analyze data from ford.com to gain deep user understanding for digital journeys.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking of digital experiences and identify emerging market wants and digital trends.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing and digital operations teams to ensure alignment on digital experience goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital product support, digital marketing, publishing, project management, or data analysis within a digital context.
  • Proven experience in supporting the execution of digital projects or product rollouts.

This role requires a self-starter with strong project management skills, analytical mind, and excellent cross-geographical coordination abilities. The successful candidate will help translate user insights and market wants into actionable improvements, playing a vital role in rolling out digital experiences and enhancing revenue generation through seamless online experiences.
