Oracle HCM Expertise Consultant

We seek a consultant with extensive experience in implementing and managing Oracle HCM projects to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation, customization, and integration across all modules globally.
  • Lead project management, stakeholder management, system configuration, training, testing, and quality assurance of HR tech products.
  • Support organizational change management activities, digital adoption, and continuous improvement of technology solutions.

Requirements:

  • 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR systems, with experience in Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and HR technology solutions.
  • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
  • Technical skills: Oracle HCM implementation, project management, automation tools, excel, macro, and report automation tools.
