Job Position: Cloud HCM Technical Specialist

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge and expertise in the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support for production projects involving AMS Ticketing, deployment, upgrades, and testing.
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams to implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Maintain deep domain expertise in at least two Oracle HCM functional modules.
  • Manage production tickets, patch testing, and change requests while ensuring quality assurance and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain system administration and security environments for Oracle instances.
  • Perform unit testing, document results, and develop runbooks for technical objects.

Requirements:

  • At least two full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a technical lead and one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in multiple HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Management, and Payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with clients on detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience working with onshore/offshore models and knowledge of Fast Formula creation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with BI Publisher, Visual Builder Studio, and additional reporting tools.
  • Sysadmin activities, code deployment, and quality assurance experience.
