Technical Expert for Oracle HCM

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical expert to lead or participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, with a focus on technical objects such as OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM technical modules, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas. They will also have strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently, excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions, and flexibility to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
