Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

This position oversees the coordination and delivery of project requirements, ensuring alignment with scope, quantities, cost estimates, and timelines.

  • Project Support & Coordination:
  • Coordinate project engineering teams to ensure efficient delivery and timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and resolve engineering challenges or project roadblocks in a collaborative environment.

Focusing on Technical Excellence:

  • Participate in design reviews, ensuring technical solutions are optimized and compliant with project specifications.
  • Review and evaluate technical work from junior engineers, designers, and technicians to ensure high-quality output and compliance with engineering standards.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Prepare and review project procedures, standard specifications, and design criteria to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Assist in the compilation and delivery of monthly engineering status reports for management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Certification in project management or engineering management is desirable.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on [specific engineering discipline].
  • Previous experience in project coordination, design reviews, and technical documentation.
