Business Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial operations. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and analytical expertise to drive business growth and profitability.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end financial processes, partner with senior management to enhance revenue growth and cost optimization, and manage a small finance team.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.
  • Partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against KPIs and highlight variances with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.
  • Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and ROI analysis for new projects and investments.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines as applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Oversee client billing, revenue recognition, and working capital management.
  • Support external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team, fostering professional growth and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in IT/Consulting.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial tools, and MS Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
