Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled implementation specialist to oversee the configuration and deployment of Coupa modules. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, while also enhancing and troubleshooting system issues.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in:

  • Configuring and implementing Coupa modules, including sourcing, contracts, procure, invoice, and expenses
  • Setting up Coupa integrations and supporting their configuration
  • Enhancing and troubleshooting Coupa system issues
  • Creating sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa
  • Experienced in Coupa release management for new product releases and maintenance
  • Collaborating with various integration partners and 3rd party consultants to integrate business requirements into implemented technical solutions
  • Working with business partners from different geographies to incorporate sourcing, procurement, and invoicing requirements, statutory regulations, and controls into viable solutions
  • Creating functional specs, source-to-target maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems
  • Strong experience in source-to-pay, procure-to-pay business processes
  • Providing standard or customized solutions to business requirements with sound business knowledge in the procurement area
  • Solution architecting and designing of Coupa integration with ERP/middleware/3rd party applications
  • Experience working with agile methodology, including creating stories, working in a kanban environment, participating in scrums and other agile ceremonies
