Expert CXM Implementation Specialist

As a highly skilled CXM Implementation Engineer, you will work on implementing customer experience management programs using Medallia and Qualtrics platforms. This role involves developing scalable, fast, and robust CX survey programs, as well as collaborating with other implementers, clients, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and deploying CX survey programs on Medallia Experience Cloud & Qualtrics XM.
  • Implementing new features and optimizing existing ones to drive maximum performance and solve business problems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to incorporate feedback and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Attending regular meetings to prioritize features and deliver value to customers.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in IT-related roles, ideally with a focus on customer experience, customer feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards.
  • Experience and certification in Medallia Experience Cloud (Qualtrics CX & EX is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong focus on solutions.
  • Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
  • Excellent English language skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
