Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to oversee the implementation of various SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central (EC), Time Off, and Timesheet. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and deployment of comprehensive project plans for EC implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to gather business requirements.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of SF Modules, particularly EC, Time Off, and Timesheet.
  • Design and implement custom solutions using SuccessFactors tools and features.
Requirements

For success in this position, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR processes and systems. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge in integration within SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS.
  • Additional expertise in SAP HR module is highly valued.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications are highly desirable for this role:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams through complex projects.
  • Experience in designing and delivering workshops to understand business requirements.
  • Ability to run demos for customers and capture feedback.
  • Strong configuration skills, including data models, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
