We are seeking a seasoned SAP FI professional to lead our financial accounting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP FI modules, hands-on expertise in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and delivery of SAP FI solutions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
  • Work on comprehensive implementations, rollouts, and support projects, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure SAP FI modules to meet business needs and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, providing expert production support.
  • Conduct thorough system testing, UAT, and user training to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement best practices in financial management.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of SAP FI experience with at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in FI sub-modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting.
  • Good knowledge of integration points between FI and other SAP modules.
  • Experience with S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for Finance.
  • Knowledge of Treasury, Cash Management, and New Asset Accounting.
