Key Finance Expert

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a key finance expert.

This role will provide expertise across multiple domains of accounting and financial operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP & IFRS standards. The ideal candidate will have strong background in finance and accounting with hands-on expertise.

The responsibilities include acting as a subject matter expert in GAAP & IFRS compliance, overseeing accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), reconciliations, and financial statements, guiding and optimizing processes in ERP systems such as QuickBooks and SAP, managing payroll, invoicing, and end-to-end accounting operations, building and reviewing financial models, forecasts, and budgeting frameworks, driving automation, AI, and RPA adoption in accounting workflows, and providing insights for process improvement, risk mitigation, and compliance.

Requirements:
  • Strong background in finance and accounting with hands-on expertise
  • Proficiency in ERP systems such as QuickBooks and SAP
  • Advanced Excel and automation skills
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI and RPA in accounting
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills

The successful candidate will be able to communicate complex financial concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, being able to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions.
