Business Development Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the lubricants market.
About The Job
- Pursue and develop new business relationships with existing and potential customers in the lubricants industry.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to provide excellent service and support.
- Develop a deep understanding of the lubricants market and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide insights into sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business administration).
- 10-15 Years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation skill.
- Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
- Strong understanding of business principles, sales processes, and market dynamics.
