Business Development Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the lubricants market.

About The Job

  • Pursue and develop new business relationships with existing and potential customers in the lubricants industry.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to provide excellent service and support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the lubricants market and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, track progress against targets, and provide insights into sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business administration).
  • 10-15 Years of experience in sales, particularly in the lubricants or related industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation skill.
  • Knowledge of lubricants (Grease & Oil) and their applications.
  • Strong understanding of business principles, sales processes, and market dynamics.
