Business Development Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to spearhead our agency's growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities that align with our strategic goals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will act as a liaison between our creator network and brands, fostering strong relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes. Your expertise in influencer marketing will enable you to craft tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each brand.

  • Diligently identify and pursue new business opportunities for our agency.
  • Nurture and grow long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brand managers, and marketing teams at established companies.
  • Analyze brand objectives and target audience demographics to suggest suitable creators from our network for high-impact campaigns.
  • Develop and execute structured outbound strategies to engage new leads and convert them into clients.
  • Present well-researched and data-driven influencer marketing proposals that cater to client needs and vision.

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development within the influencer marketing industry.
  • A proven track record of closing business for influencer marketing agencies.
  • An existing network of brand contacts to facilitate growth and open doors.
